- Only non-toxic pigments are used during the procedure: the cosmetic enhancement achieved may fade between 1 - 3 years (or longer). Even though the colour has faded the pigment may stay in the skin indefinitely.
- The highest standards of hygiene are strictly adhered to, only sterile disposable needles and pigment containers are used for each individual client, procedure and visit.
- Although allergic reactions in permanent makeup are extremely rare, they are still possible. Clients will agree to have permanent makeup performed at their own risk.
- Each procedure is a process requiring multiple applications of pigment to achieve desirable results, therefore 100% success cannot be guaranteed. That is why clients may need to return for a retouch procedure which is not included in the price of the original procedure.
Retouch - £50 per procedure
The results of the procedure is determined by the following:
- Medication
- Skin Characteristicsc - dry, oily, thickness, sun damage (if any)
- Natural Skin Undertones - blending with chosen pigment
- Personal ph balance of skin - which changes from visit to visit
- Alcohol intake and smoking
- Post procedure care treatment

- Upon completion of the procedure, there may be swelling and redness of the skin, which will subside between 1 - 4 days. In some cases, bruising can occur. Normal activities may be resumed immediately following the procedure.
- The colour of the treatment will appear much darker in the beginning for one week. The true colour of the cosmetic treatment will be seen one month after the procedure, and the colour may vary according to skin tones, skin types, age and skin condition. Some skins accept colour more readily than others, and no guarantee to an exact effect or colour can be given.
- Lip procedures may stimulate any dormant virus such as herpes (cold sores) and eye procedures may stimulate eye infections. Although extremely rare, permanent makeup on the eye are may result in the pigment migrating, in which case the eyeliner will result in a 'smudged' effect, rather than a 'defined, solid' eyeliner.
- The client will agree to follow all post-procedure care instructions as provided and explained to her by the technician.
- For the purposes of insurance and documentation, before and after pictures will be taken before and after each procedure. Pictures may be used and published in future for marketing purposes.
- Clients must be over 18 years of age, do not have any physical, mental and medical impairment that might affect their well-being as a result of the permanent makeup procedure.
